The Seacoast Region is found in New Hampshire’s southeastern corner, bordering on 18 miles of dramatic Atlantic Ocean coastline including the five Isles of Shoals islands. The region is known for a thriving artistic community as well as its many restaurants, unique country inns, quality hotels and varied attractions. It is also home to the city of Dover, the state’s first permanent settlement, and the 375-year-old coastal town of Portsmouth. map
