The Merrimack Valley Region is an area of south-central New Hampshire, approximately 35 miles wide, which runs from Canterbury in the north to the Massachusetts border in the south. It is the most-populated and fastest-growing region of the state, and includes New Hampshire’s largest cities: Manchester, Nashua, Salem and the state capital, Concord. map

Amherst, Bedford, Brookline, Goffstown, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Manchester, Merrimack, Mont Vernon, Nashua, New Boston, Pelham, Weare

Merrimack County:
Boscawan, Bow, Canterbury, Chichester, Concord, Dunbarton, Epsom, Henniker, Hopkinton, Hooksett, Loudon, Pembroke

Rockingham County:
Atkinson, Candia, Chester, Deerfield, Derry, Londonderry, Northwood, Nottingham, Raymond, Salem, Windham
